Eric, it was great meeting you and that you were able to be a part of our Reunion. What a special bond we all share and let's keep that going.

I "crashed" your reunion Oct '12 in Las Vegas. Thank you for making me feel welcome. You are a great bunch of guys. I was even allowed to get in the photo op at the end. Special thanks to Russ Mason! Semper Fi

Jack, I'm just saying your daughter must have excellent taste in Bourbon because I can't imagine you buying Basil Hayden even after all the suggestions from Russ Mason and I about Kentucky Bourbon and you would still want to drink Jack Daniel's. Next thing we know you will move to the South. We can only hope.

Dammit Greg If I had known you and Gayle were going to have Thanksgiving at a Cracker Barrel I would have told you two to come to Jacksonville and have Thanksgiving with us. Promise I would not have made you drink Wild Turkey.

I don't remember Thanksgiving 1970 or 1971. I remember Christmas 1970. Must be getting old.
I too will drink a toast to my Avel brothers with Jack Daniels at 1:00 pm on Turkey Day!

Roger, what is 9 proof among friends? For years Wild Turkey on Thanksgiving was a tradition and then I switched to JW Dant. Only 100 proof and a bit cheaper but I will buy a bottle of Wild Turkey and also drink a toast to all of my Avel brothers at 1:00 PM on Thanksgiving. Happy Thanksgiving everybody.

I hope all have a wonderful Thanksgiving, and at 1300 hours eastern standard time on 22 Nov., I will drink a toast with you, Roger: TO VETERANS EVERYWHERE...
